Specializing in pain management, stress-related disorders and women's health, Dr. Carey brought his herbal and acupuncture practice to Albuquerque's Westside in 2005. Licensed as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Dr. Carey is a graduate of the International Institute of Chinese Medicine and has also studied at the World Health Organization acupuncture training center in Beijing, China and at Southwest Acupuncture College in New Mexico, as well as interning at the rehabilitation ward of St. Vincent's hospital in Santa Fe.
