Prior to your visit

How to get the most out of your sessions

 

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early if you have not had the time to complete your paperwork
  • Please plan an extra 15 minutes for your first visit for an initial assessment
  • Schedule a time when you do not have to rush to another appointment or where you might need to be have perfectly styled hair & clothes
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothes that won't be damaged from a little massage creme/oil, lotion when you dress after your session
  • Make sure you have had a light meal - do not come on an empty stomach
  • Before your session - provide your therapist with information on how your body is feeling, any concerns, sensitivities, conditions, and expectations for what you'd like out of your session
  • During your session - provide any therapy related information (pressure, temperature, pain or discomfort, ...) for your therapist to make the necessary adjustments
  • After your session - plan something relaxing and quiet, drink extra water to allow any toxins released by your body to be flushed out of your system
  • Do not hesitate to ask any questions or concerns
